Looking for a Notout agent online is easy. Choosing the right one takes ten careful minutes. This guide shows you how to check an agent step by step. It also lists the questions football and tennis fans should ask first.
How to Find a Notout Agent Online: Short Answer
Open the Notout master agent list on notout.site. Pick one agent card. Note the name, the Agent ID and the number. Message that agent only through the button on the card. Before you send any money, ask how football and tennis bets settle in unusual cases. If something goes wrong, use the matching complaint route further down: payment, login or bet result.
That is the whole process. The rest of this guide explains each step.
A Scenario: Two Fans, Two Different Questions
Illustration only. We invented these people.
Rafi follows the Premier League. Most of his matches start late at night in Bangladesh. He wants an agent who replies at 1 a.m. He also wonders what happens if a cup match goes to extra time.
Nadia follows tennis. She watches the Grand Slams and smaller ATP and WTA events. Her worry is different. What if a player retires injured in the second set?
Both of them search “notout agent online”. Both find a dozen numbers on Facebook and Telegram. Neither knows which number matches the official list.
Their questions are good ones. The steps below answer them in order.
What a Notout Agent Does
A Notout agent is your contact for the account itself. Notout works through an agent model, not a simple bank-style signup. Our master agent list page says master agents “open accounts and handle deposits and withdrawals for every sport”.
In plain terms, an agent usually helps with:
- Opening your account and giving you login details.
- Adding balance after you pay.
- Paying out when you ask for a withdrawal.
- Passing problems up the chain when they cannot fix them.
You do not need a special football betting agent. Our agent list page states that one account and one agent cover all sports. So Rafi and Nadia can each use any listed agent. What matters is timing and how carefully you check, not sport.
Agent Levels: Who to Contact First
Notout agents sit at different levels. The names below are the ones notout.site uses.
| Level (as our site names it) | What our site says they handle | When to contact them |
|---|---|---|
| Master agent | Opens accounts; handles deposits and withdrawals for every sport | First contact for new players and money questions |
| Super agent | Mentioned on our admin page as the step after your agent | When your agent cannot fix a payment problem |
| Admin | Described on our admin page as the level above the agent network | Only after an agent and a super agent could not help with a dispute |
| Customer service | Login problems, password resets, bets that show an error, sports market questions (customer service page) | Account access and bet-result questions |
Two notes on this table. First, notout.site has no separate super agent list. Second, our admin page says admins do not open new accounts. New players should start with a Notout master agent.
How to Verify a Notout Agent: Step-by-Step
Use these steps every time. Use them even with an agent you have used before. Fake profiles often copy real names and photos.
- Start from the list, not from a message. Open our Notout agent list yourself. Do not trust a link someone sends you.
- Check the website address. Confirm the exact spelling of notout.site; one wrong letter means a different site. Keep in mind that https only encrypts the connection. It does not show who owns a site or that it is legitimate, so treat these checks as a first step only.
- Pick one card and note three things. Write down the agent’s name, Agent ID and number.
- Use the card’s own button. Our master agent list page says to use only the WhatsApp or Messenger button on the card.
- Ask for the Agent ID in chat. The ID they give should match the card exactly.
- Match the number. The chat number must be the same as the card number. A “new personal number” is a reason to stop.
- Ask your sport questions. Use the table in the next section. A careful agent will answer or point you to customer service.
- Confirm costs in writing. Ask if any fee applies. Our pages do not publish any agent fee. Save the answer as a screenshot.
- Never share secrets. No agent needs your password, PIN or OTP.
- Record what you see. Note the date, the agent’s name and the number you used.
Be clear about what this check proves. If the name, Agent ID and number all match one card, you only know the contact is consistent with the directory listing. It does not prove the agent is legitimate or reliable, and it does not make your payment safe. If any one item differs, do not send money.
Football vs Tennis: Questions to Ask Before Your First Bet
This is the part most guides skip. Football and tennis end in messy ways. Matches go to extra time. Players retire. Games get postponed. Each case has a settlement rule.
The site doesn’t publish its settlement rules, so treat the general practice note below as background. Ask your agent or customer service for Notout’s own rule, and get the answer in writing.
| Situation | Football: what to ask | Tennis: what to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Match goes longer | Do match result bets count extra time and penalties, or only 90 minutes plus stoppage time? | Does a set or match bet change if a tie-break format differs? |
| Match stops early | What happens if the referee abandons the game at half-time? | What happens if a player retires injured mid-match? |
| Match does not start | Is a postponed match void, and after how long? | How is a walkover settled? |
| Live betting | Can the site cancel a bet if odds were wrong after a goal? | What happens if live scores lag behind the court? |
| Time zone | Do listed kick-off times use Bangladesh time? | Can order of play change and move my match? |
| Result disputes | Who checks a wrong result? What proof do they need? | Same question. Ask before, not after. |
General practice, not Notout’s rule: many sportsbooks settle football “full-time” markets on 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Extra time and penalties often count only in “to qualify” or “to lift the trophy” markets. In tennis, rules for retirements differ widely between bookmakers. Some void unfinished matches. Others settle markets already decided. That spread is exactly why you should ask.
For example, Betfair’s published Exchange football rules and its Exchange tennis rules show how one operator writes down settlement cases like these, sport by sport. These are another operator’s rules, not Notout’s. Ask for Notout’s own rule in writing.
For football market basics, see our football betting page. For live odds, read our guide to how live in-play betting works on Notout.
What happens next in the scenario (still an illustration): Rafi asks two agents about extra time. One agent answers clearly and sends a screenshot. The other says “don’t worry, just send money”. Rafi picks the first one. Nadia asks about retirements. Her agent says he will check with customer service. She waits for the written reply before going further.
Timing Matters for Late-Night Sports
European football and many tennis events run late at night in Bangladesh. Our agent list page makes the same point. It suggests choosing an agent who replies at those hours. It also suggests saving a second listed agent’s number as a backup.
A simple test helps. Send a short question at the hour you usually watch. Note how long the reply takes. Repeat it once more on another night. Then you know what to expect on match day.
Keep the backup number from the list, too. Never take a “backup” number from a stranger in a group chat.
Red Flags: When to Stop
Stop and step back if you see any of these:
- Someone claiming to be an agent messaged you first, out of nowhere.
- The number is not on our notout agent list.
- The Agent ID does not match the card, or they refuse to share it.
- They ask for your password, PIN or OTP.
- They push you: “offer ends in five minutes”, “send now”.
- They promise sure wins, fixed matches or guaranteed returns.
- They ask you to pay a different number “because of a limit”.
- They avoid your settlement questions or answer with “trust me”.
- The profile uses the Notout logo but links to an unfamiliar site.
One red flag is enough. A genuine agent loses nothing if you take time to check.
Our homepage and agent pages carry phrases like “verified” and “fast response”. Treat those as our site’s claims, not as a guarantee. A match of name, ID and number is a useful filter, but it is not proof either.
What to Do If an Agent Does Not Reply or Pay
Problems happen. Late payouts, missing balance and wrong results are the most common worries. First decide which kind of problem you have, then follow that route.
Route 1: Payment or wallet problems
- Check the wallet first. Open your bKash or Nagad app, or the SMS, and see whether the transfer shows success, failed or pending.
- Failed, pending or suspected fraud: call the wallet provider’s official helpline right away. For bKash, that is 16247.
- Transfer succeeded but the balance is not credited: message the agent you paid once, with the transaction ID (TrxID), time, amount and your username. If the agent cannot fix it, contact the site’s customer service.
Route 2: Login or account access
- Contact the agent who opened your account.
- If that agent cannot help, contact the site’s customer service. Never send your password to anyone.
Route 3: Settlement or result disputes
- Ask for the platform’s written market rule for that bet.
- Send customer service the match name, bet time, bet details and a screenshot. You can write in English.
- If that does not settle it, escalate the way the site publishes it: our admin page names a super agent and then an admin, and asks you to “send all your proof in the first message”.
If you suspect fraud
Contact your wallet provider promptly. Do not wait for the agent chain. Keep your evidence: the TrxID, the chat history and screenshots. Before sharing screenshots, hide your PIN, OTP, balance and any personal data the reader does not need. Then file a complaint with the police and bring that evidence. The police will advise whether a GD or a case applies.
Be honest with yourself about the limits. Neither we nor the agent can promise that lost money will come back.
Notout Agent Checklist
Print this or save it on your phone.
- I opened the list myself, from notout.site.
- I checked the exact spelling of the address (https alone does not prove who runs a site).
- Name, Agent ID and number all match one card (consistent with the listing, not proof of safety).
- I used the card’s own WhatsApp or Messenger button.
- I asked about extra time, abandoned matches, retirements and walkovers.
- I got any fee or rule answer in writing.
- I saved a second listed agent as a backup.
- I never shared my password, PIN or OTP.
- I know the three routes. Payment: wallet helpline if failed, pending or fraud; agent then customer service if not credited. Login: my agent, then customer service. Result dispute: written rule, then customer service with bet details, then the published escalation.
How We Checked
On 8 October 2026, we searched Google in Bangladesh for “notout agent online”, “notout agent list” and “notout master agent”. Among the results we reviewed on 8 October 2026, most talked about bonuses and sports. One covered agent checks, but we did not see any that explained football or tennis settlement questions.
We then read our own pages on notout.site: the master agent list, the agent list, the admin page and the customer service page. Every role description above comes from those pages. This guide doesn’t review any single agent, so run the checks yourself before you pay.
We also noticed one site issue. The phone number shown in our footer does not match the number in its call link. Until someone fixes it, use the agent cards, not the footer number.
18+ and Legal Status in Bangladesh
This information is for readers aged 18 and over. Turning 18 does not make online betting legal in Bangladesh.
Bangladesh’s Gambling Prevention Act 2026 makes online gambling and online betting crimes. Section 6 makes online betting an offence. Section 17 of the Act sets the penalty: online betting can bring up to 7 years in prison, a fine of up to Tk 5 crore, or both. Section 16 sets up to 5 years, up to Tk 1 crore, or both for online gambling. Section 11 covers promotion for gambling purposes. That includes misleading promotion, false profit promises, enticing ads, sponsorship, affiliate marketing and referral campaigns. Section 22 punishes these with up to 3 years, up to Tk 50 lakh, or both. Dhaka Tribune, The Daily Star and GGRAsia also reported the new law.
This guide is not legal advice and not an invitation to bet. Know the law where you live. If betting causes money or family stress, stop and talk to someone you trust.
Notout Agent FAQ
How do I contact a Notout agent?
Open the master agent list on notout.site and pick one card. Use only that card’s WhatsApp or Messenger button. Do not reply to agents who message you first.
How do I know a Notout agent is real?
You can’t prove it from a chat. Check that the name, Agent ID and number all match one card on our list. A match only shows the contact is consistent with the listing; it does not prove legitimacy or make a payment safe. If one item differs, do not send money.
Do I need a separate football betting agent?
No. Our agent list page says one account and one agent cover all sports. Choose an agent who replies at the hours you watch.
Can I change my agent?
Our pages do not describe a formal switch process. Ask customer service before you move any balance. Use only agents from the list.
Do agents charge a fee?
Our site does not publish any agent fee or commission. Ask your agent before paying anything. Get the answer in writing.
What if a tennis player retires during my match?
Rules differ between bookmakers, and our site doesn’t list Notout’s rule. Ask customer service and save the reply.
Is online betting legal in Bangladesh?
No. Section 6 of the Gambling Prevention Act 2026 makes online betting an offence. Section 17 sets the penalty: up to 7 years in prison, a Tk 5 crore fine, or both.
